If you are reading this blog, you are a friend or this has been shared by a friend, but either way I believe an introduction or better an explanation of why this got started may be in order.
I have been fortunate to travel extensively for business over these past 30+ years and also I have had the good fortune to be able to many times makes my own schedule adjustments and do things not usually available on a business trip with a tightly scripted schedule.
I am getting to the point, because of some these adventures my good friend Cathy Riley suggested that I start a travel blog and share some of the out of the way places I, and my husband Jeff, have found. So we did, and then COVID hit. So needless to say this didn’t get off the ground. During that time we sadly lost Cathy and so I would like to launch this in her memory.
I hope you will enjoy the read as I develop my voice and hopefully provide some interest and education along the way.
